@BGZPro Depending on how wide we are talking, but 100%. I don't have super wide feet or thin, kinda average I guess, I like them snug and tight, and these are excellent. As long as your not big foot, they should be good.

@feyi8 can you try both instore? Try and compare somehow? I've found the mercurial strange. The 14 fits perfect in a UK9, the 15's slightly to long in a UK so gone down to a UK 8.5 in the 16's and at the moment before playing in them seem to fit perfect.

@lucasbotto5413 Do you know I've never really been a vapor guy. I had a few pairs from when the first came out all those years ago. I wore the take down pro version of the 14 which was OK. But I probably stopped wearing them after the 2009 vapor superfly 1. I still have that pair. Just never seemed to be able to get on with them. What about yourself?

@christopherperez9666 absolutely perfect. No issues at all. Amazing boot. If you can get it, get it. I've had no, cracks, bad wear or anything. The boot is lovely.

@christopherperez9666 They definitely stretch out a little. Overall the fit is ever so slightly larger than the hybrid touch 2.0. But I've still gone true to size and not had any issues.

@@Krissfootykicks thank you so much for all the responses, I m in the US we have a lot of AG pitches here. I have the chance to purchase these, but I m little hesitant. mainly cause ill be mostly playing with them on AG. that's why i was asking about the durability.

@christopherperez9666 understand. I have had no issues with mine on AG. But the sole plates are slightly different on the FT elites to the others. On these, the sole plate is more like a non FT soleplate.

Purple colour way all day long. Pure and simple fact, playing in the UK, these boots will not stay this colour long. 😂

Hi mate. Positional boots really depends on you as a player. I tend to play on the right or left, either in defence or on the wing. If I was to play in centre mid i would probably not pick this boot myself. But that is not to say you couldn’t. I would tend to the the predator in midfield if i was to choose. Hope that helps.

@lukashalmo7628 Hi buddy. So the structure is pretty solid. I wouldn't say it has loosened up to much. It has for sure but still fits ok. I would defo say if you can get the laced version that would be better. 👍

@@Krissfootykicks making their own means buying machines and molds and materials for the + and .1 variant both not being sold that many of if compared to the takedown models with which they make a larger profit from both in total and per pair. The fact that they stopped working together implies that adidas was too stingy or Carbitex too greedy (or both) so getting some other manufacturer likely wasn't worth it for adidas

Not sure my friend. But the laceless pred is not as good as the laced. There is only one boot that I have reviewed that is a really good laceless boot. That is the lotto solista. But I can look at getting a laceless to review, loads of deals about.

That is a spot on conclusion and one I agree with. I've got mine up for sale already. It's also strange that there has been some images of a plus model which looks more speed boot like. But apart from some images on Footy Headlines, nobody has seen it! If Adi do release a better version, I would not be overly happy, thinking I had the best version.

@@Krissfootykicks Tried them when I ordered the black version and went true to size uk 12 and they didnt quite fit my liking so going one size up now. Grew up with Gerrard and just want the preds to fit but have abit wide feet I think

@burtsellsgoats9201 they should accommodate a wide foot. A whole size up may be slightly to much. But all you can do is try. Be interesting to let me know how it goes.

Thanks dude. When you’ve played as long as i have and still play, you get to know a good and not so good boot. LOL. But yeah man, you’re right it is a mid tier boot. I can’t think of anyone in my two teams that play in them so can’t be that great. I think Nike have taken consumers for granted and just rested on the mercurial name. Be interesting to see what the new one is like.

I think of all the boots I’ve tried this year so far. The adidas Predator Roterio has been my favourite. But i have been really impressed with the Under Armour shadow Elite 2 and the X crazy fast plus. All great boots.

Sorry dude, replied with other account. I haven't played in the new ones. I have the 2010 leather versions, which I love and still wear. But trying the new ones on they feel completely different. Will post a play test video after my game Wednesday if it's on.
