I have ordered the fitness bands you suggest from Amazon but unfortunately they will only be delivered to South Africa by 11 June, and let's pray our customs are honest and pull their finger out too. I am 67 years old. I try to keep up with my cardio 6 days a week through step class, Zumba, and biking 12 miles.

Hugs... Light, Love and Compassion always!!!

That’s fine will walk them all or walk a half a mile or walk a quarter-mile or walk to the corner but what about neuropathy? It just hurts constantly all the time neuropathy and that hurts you to walk. Give some ideas on that.
