Awesome tutorial. What if you're an inspector and want to create your own punchlist for organization? Do you have to publish? If you don't will you be able to see it when you log in across your devices? or is it only saved on the device you added it on?

I have been using BIM 360 Field for 10 years but my company is switching to Plangrid. When I run a report in BIM 360 Field it will automatically send a report to the subs with just their items. Also, I have automatically setup reports that will send any QC or safety items I entered the previous day to the subs the next morning at 6 am. I can enter multiple items for multiple subs and it will send them just their issues, without everyone else’s, while I’m still brushing my teeth the next morning. Can Plangrid do that?

I am an owner's rep and we are required to back punch once the GC's subs have completed tasks. If the GC/sub are closing tasks on Plagrid, is there a way for the owner's rep to also confirm that the task is complete and in fact closed? There are layers of people involved in closing tasks, does Plangrid have a way to support this process?
