The Realistick
Просмотров 4133 года назад
The Realistick is a useful tool in every individual and group player development session. This tool can enable coaches to recreate game-like conditions on defense when they get in passing lanes, disrupt the dribble, and contest and block shots. With this, your scout team defense can better push your players with super light, padded, 4-foot longer arms. Lightweight, durable, and 46"-inches long ...

Michael so embraced this, I think that was the beauty of his game - he had all these abilities to adjust, not force his own predetermined idea but allow those things to come together for his game.” - Phil Jackson on Michael Jordan’s mindfulness “(With visualization),...

“(With visualization), things tend to slow down. As I go into situations that people don’t know the outcome, I’ve already experienced them in my mind. Just playing tricks with myself, so it didn’t seem new to me" So impressed with how Jordan view things and prepare himself with situation, very intellectual, articulate, and solid spirit. Jordan had the dr.strange innate power, no wonder he succeeded in basketball and in life.

The most elusive thing for an athlete is controlling the fear of failure reaction. U can have all the physical abilities but if u lose confidence in the crucial moments it doesn't matter. I always think of the Yankees of 96 to 2001, talented but mostly mentally tough. Dominated. Then they brought in all these high price tag hall of fame sluggers and had some but much less success. They were in the moment but didn't deliver. Jordan is the greatest bc hes the perfect storm individually, the tortoise and the hare and mentally impervious to fear of failure. Bird to me is more perfect as a team player, basketball a team sport, but obviously not the athlete Jordan was so hes second overall to me.

Phil Jackson is one of the most overrated coaches. He had some of the greatest players ever to touch a basketball, so of course he won chips. Put Phil to coach the current Miami Heat roster and he would NOT produce like Coach Spoe has done. Coach Spoe can coach both great players and good players to get great results.
