The Realistick

The Realistick is a useful tool in every individual and group player development session. This tool can enable coaches to recreate game-like conditions on defense when they get in passing lanes, disrupt the dribble, and contest and block shots. With this, your scout team defense can better push your players with super light, padded, 4-foot longer arms. Lightweight, durable, and 46"-inches long ...
MJ and Phil Jackson on Mindfulness and Visualization
Просмотров 136 тыс.3 года назад
“Something we talked about a lot as a team was how to be in the moment. Being able to visualize what might happen in those times. Michael so embraced this, I think that was the beauty of his game - he had all these abilities to adjust, not force his own predetermined idea but allow those things to come together for his game.” - Phil Jackson on Michael Jordan’s mindfulness “(With visualization),...

What film is this from?
MJ to the Max?
MJ is the apex predator in THE GAME OF BASKETBALL. it's not about size or stature but how you channel your understanding of this game. MJ is the greatest to lace a pair
Why they so expensive ???
Is this clip from the IMAX movie on Jordan that was out over 20 years ago?
1:02 Phil with a buttery smooth sky hook
he mentioned Buddha. Mijor vaccines soon available here in the triad.
#creativeeinsteins
That mindfulness was nothing more than MK Ultra. Predictive programming.
is that Carl Sagan?
Can anyone point me to what documentary this is from? such a great clip
It's from the 2000 IMAX film "Michael Jordan to the Max" about the 1998 Bulls. It was the The Last Dance before "The Last Dance". Saw it on a 7-story IMAX screen when it premiered. Highly recommend.
@@JStarNewYrk thank you so much!
“(With visualization), things tend to slow down. As I go into situations that people don’t know the outcome, I’ve already experienced them in my mind. Just playing tricks with myself, so it didn’t seem new to me" So impressed with how Jordan view things and prepare himself with situation, very intellectual, articulate, and solid spirit. Jordan had the dr.strange innate power, no wonder he succeeded in basketball and in life.
With Morpheus narrating 🔥🔥
What a shot by Phil
Never force, allow it to come ~Phil Jackson
This is the reason why Dennis Rodman is fond of him
I thought I was watching a different rendition of the matrix and morpheus was narrating it.
so anybody gonna comment on how clean that hook was by phil at like 1:03?
This mind set that Phil had with the Bulls is incredible. I don't think any other coach in the history of the NBA did this. especially Phil adapting to native American culture the way he did and still does!
So annoying when people act like athlettes are dumb. Take a lot of intelligence to excel at sports. Especially at the highest level like these guys did
Best coach ever and best basketball player ever
morpheus narrating tho
Indian. Native juju : Zen shyt. Researchers look at bhuddaa. Prince rice and water.
what is this from?
The most elusive thing for an athlete is controlling the fear of failure reaction. U can have all the physical abilities but if u lose confidence in the crucial moments it doesn't matter. I always think of the Yankees of 96 to 2001, talented but mostly mentally tough. Dominated. Then they brought in all these high price tag hall of fame sluggers and had some but much less success. They were in the moment but didn't deliver. Jordan is the greatest bc hes the perfect storm individually, the tortoise and the hare and mentally impervious to fear of failure. Bird to me is more perfect as a team player, basketball a team sport, but obviously not the athlete Jordan was so hes second overall to me.
Very well stated. Larry is also my second favorite player.
Deep shit👀… real deep.
1:24
Fascinating, the GOAT coach and the GOAT player, and the winner's message
Lmao yea if Zen Buddhism was the name of a casino in Vegas MJ was deep into it.
If you can see it, you can achieve it. I love Phils mentality
Didn't Kobe have a 3peat under Phil?
Obviously Phil was Jordans massa.
That sky hook by phill Jackson was 🔥
That shit was life. 🔥🔥
Yeah, it's all about being Zen. His 48" vertical didn't hurt, either.
Bradley stop lying His vertical was 43" Dominique had a "46 I swear you Jordan lickers will say anything 😂
@@CreativeBigL Yeah, because his exact vertical is really pertinent to the joke.
48 vertical many years before phill rings came only with phill. So yeah
Some of you don't really understand how jokes work.
Is this a documentary? If yes, where can I find it?
It's from the 2000 IMAX film "Michael Jordan to the Max" about the 1998 Bulls. It was the The Last Dance before "The Last Dance". Saw it on a 7-story IMAX screen when it premiered. Highly recommend.

Yin and yang. Zen/Bulls
Lol players never sprint in shoot around
Which doco is this from?
What documentary is this?
what is this show?????
The spiritual system of which Jackson practice obviously had effect I respect the efforts..obviously paid off...11 time Champion Jackson is.. Everything is a choice just make the right one baby. #EsuMoments
When phil was actually mentally stable, not hes an old mentally unstable bat who cant even walk
0:07 Secret to the spell that Michael held to the rest of the League he is a Wizard he even played for The Washington Wizards for 2 Years
And a playoff less wizard 🤣
@@CreativeBigL This was before he was on The Washington Wizards which means he was a Wizard Even on the Chicago Bulls
1:26 The Bulls spelling with the Logo kinda looks like EViLS
All starts with the mind. Lets not forget his mentality and mental strength is what made him great
His uncf commercial back in the day hits harder hearing this now.
Was that mindset getting SWEPT by Bird back to back😱
@@CreativeBigL NICE ONE! But nah…it was probably focused on building his career 119-60 playoff win/loss record next to Larry’s 99-65 win/loss record, which is 20 more wins, 5 fewer loses. Also his 3 more championships, 2 fewer finals losses, 3 more finals MVP’s, 2 more league MVP’s, 10 more scoring titles, 1 more DPOY, 2 more 1st team all nba selections, 9 more 1st team all defensive selections, 1 more Olympic Gold… Oh yeah…I almost forgot about your tired “sweep” point…both Michael & Bird were swept in the playoffs 2 times…🤷♂️ Only Michael’s were in his 1st two years in the league & Larry’s were in his 4th year & 9th year…depending on how you want to count it. And none of that takes away from how awesome Bird was…so why would you think the 2 sweeps would take away from MJ? Complete juvenile point.
@@kristianjohnson8787 u jus shitted on him lol
@@kristianjohnson8787 After Magic, Bird, Isiah, Dr J all got there's and went into their twilight. Of Jordan playoff wins none were vs Bird so every Jordan playoff win was an asterisk and each ring were GIANT asterisks.
Phil Jackson is one of the most overrated coaches. He had some of the greatest players ever to touch a basketball, so of course he won chips. Put Phil to coach the current Miami Heat roster and he would NOT produce like Coach Spoe has done. Coach Spoe can coach both great players and good players to get great results.
This Is a weak argument because you can’t prove that they would win without him. Oh wait, yes you can. They all didn’t win anything unless it was with Phil Jackson. There’s no evidence supporting your drivel.
Phil was able to help all of his players work TOGETHER as a team ... he was their coach - father - brother and psychiatrist !
Every all time great coach had all time great players. when PJ took over, he was a nobody and Chicago didnt win a titel under Collins 🤷♂️
@@ericfurst6091 Doug Collins had them in the Eastern Conference Finals, so what are you saying? Inheriting a team that just made it to the EASTERN CONFERENCE FINALS the previous year means Phil inherited a team right on the cusp of the Finals!
@@6thfloor33 doug collins wasn’t a chip-level coach and PJ was, thats a fact. MJ had always problems with Collins bc he was so emotional. Jerry Kraus had balls and paid off big time with Phil Jackson. 🤷♂️
Phil, the Zen master.
Phil Jackson was the Yoda of basketball.
