I am a new agent with exp and my sponsor is a close family friend. But honestly without her exp would not be the place for me. I feel like I'm feeling around in the dark. I am grateful to have my sponsors help though, she is amazing. But idk about exp long term

You’re so correct! Lenders do not always go into details with the buyers.

As a new agent, I had a buyer client that was "pre-approved" for a 1.5 million dollar home. The deal fell apart 1 day before closing because the lender was his private bank and would not be truthful with me. He needed to sell his current home before he could buy and neither of us was made aware until the day before closing. I'm still upset about this. BIG and experience lesson learned.

I'm a brand new agent. I got my license about 3 weeks ago. I think I jumped the gun in joining a brokerage. I homeschool my son in the mornings, so I have to be part-time for now. The only thing is, I joined up with the local realtor association, paid all my dues, but now I'm stuck with trying to get training from my broker. My goal is to supplement my income. This video was really helpful. Thank you!

I probably need all, but I may already unknowingly have them. I haven't thought about it until watching this though. Having multiples of each probably won't hurt either though.
