A gaston at 30ft, v0 my tush
And with no spotter. Props
@@aaronformella2869 thnx. A spotter = 2 injured people if I fell. 🤣
I want to climb this! Where is it in Cathedral?
@@legoscooter98 it’s in guidebooks and on mountain proj. If you go to the cathedral boulders in yos, you can’t miss it.
What a beautiful line.
That was tight.
You think ? Except for the first hold it looked very very controlled. May I ask what this is for a grade ? Maybe I'll put it on my list for a trip in the U.S.
@@danielbortone3633 the climbing grade is going to vary widely depending upon the climbers height and style in which the climb is executed in. I did it as a run and jump coordination dyno using a 1.5ft cheat stone. Start hold is approx 10-11 ft off the ground. It’s a worthy problem. Go to Yosemite and climb it. 🤙
@@sgclimb yeeeeah, thanks. It's beautiful!
Wow thats probably the most beautiful outside boulder ive ever seen<3
So sick
👍
your videos are so beautiful...... but you have no enough subscribers according to your subscribers. if you want i can help you to viral your whole videos to the whole world in few days. your content are so good.
No thanks. I enjoy anonymity. It’s great
Jtree classic
Wow high ball
amazing
Nice job 👍
great send! that fall would've been cray
nice!
I've been looking all over to find where this boulder is in Tahoe! Curious if you'd be willing to send me the coordinates?
If you've got the South Lake Hatchett guide, go to Ghost Chant block and you'll see Headcase on an adjacent boulder. The road is accessible from Spring through fall. Have fun!
@@sgclimbthanks for the info! I’ve been looking as well but I have that guide so should be able to get there. Cheers
that’s an amazing line
one of the best in northern CA
Change that title to SEND!!!!!!! Hell yes, mega. Congrats dude and happy I got to see some prior attempts
Was this recent sand height? Good to know you can take the fall off this and be alright! Inspired to go try it now, looks amazing.
Yeah, go get it.
Bro started floating
Wow
Is this on Bodega Beach, CA? I think I've seen this boulder. Nice send

Good for you for not giving up! Keep going man. Be safe 😊
Perfect bro keep going
Dude just walk around the Rock. You can get up on it with weight loss efforts. Lol.
Hey how tall are you? Been watching a bunch of your videos and inspired to see another (seemingly) tall dude crushing it!!
6’7”. Thanks dude. Tall power
@@sgclimb No way! I'm 6'4 (6'9 arms), makes me feel short haha. Definitely stoked seeing you on stuff like Stoney Whiteboots and Highbrow, hoping to do those one day as well.
Sheesh nice send dude!! did the grade seem about right?
Hello Tyler. Thanks! Yeah, I think the grade was spot on. I think the first part of this climb lends advantage to taller climbers like myself. The top is fine, but exposure felt kind of intense in the no fall zone.
Scary!
Quite! I recommend checking out the top out prior to climbing. Easy exit, but super exposed and potential to really mess yourself up. : )
Nice send! I'm seeking bouldering partners around rainbow/Truckee you interested?
Hello Nathan. I’m probably not the most consistent partner you’ll find, but I am trying to boulder more in Tahoe. I’ll be up at loon lake tomorrow if you’re around.
Glad you liked the problems! Also glad somebody else was willing to wander out in the woods to find them! I tore my Achilles last summer before I had a chance to send either of them, but I'm stoked to get back on it now that I'm healed up. Plus, now I have your beta ;)
Wesley Neill thanks! Please get in touch if you’re familiar with other boulder gems in the park. I’m new to the area and trying to locate some quality boulders.
@@sgclimb Sequoia bouldering is spread out, with a few problems here and a few problems there. There isn't a lot of density. I recommend checking out the Buena Vista trail, The old forest road going from Quail Flats, and Park Ridge Trail (AKA Panoramic Point). Don't break the flake on the Panorama Point boulder before I can send it! The only move I can't do is the start :) Then, if you want to get a lot more loaded into a more concentrated area head down to Cedar Grove in King's Canyon!
@@wesNeill Awesome! Thanks for the advice Wesley!
Fuck yeah! That's actually Cedar Left, Right? Cedar Wright Left tops out directly up from the rail.
jeremy ross Nice! I had no clue. I just took the path of least resistance. Awesome boulder problem. If you have any recommendations of other problems in the area that aren’t already listed on mountain proj, I’d be psyched to learn about them.
that is not v7 lol
Homie what
Nice camera angle on aries!
Nice. You guys made that look like cake. I was just over there yesterday, and that's a pretty stout climb.
That looks like an awesome boulder. Nice one!
