Typical ego house. Built to show off his ****. It will never be finished as designed. You can look at dozens of similar attempts at surviving mortality. The pyramids, ridiculous large mansions that are NEVER lived in, and other construction projects. The only thing that can be done is to split it up into manageable livable buildings. Perhaps less than a dozen. At least at that point, they can be priced to sell. Maybe 2-5 million each. It will still take an architect with vision. The center building will be a challenge.

Am i the only one who thinks this is an awful monstrosity? The setting is beautiful but the building is awful.

A crass looking foley. The size of the building is out of sync with its surrounding land, being the land is small whereas a stately palace would have dozens of acres. Mr Hoogstraten has poor taste and little architectural foresight though he is good at making money through intimidation of his out of luck clients.
