Recently got a Friedman Smallbox 50
Dave Friedman walked me through modding it to sound a bit more like a Plexi
I'm using the Plexi channel on this one with the volume and gain at 10, recorded with a Fractal LB-2 with some of the camera mic capture blended in for space. No pedals used, but reverb is added in post
The only reason I am not deaf from turning a 50w Friedman to 10 is because I am attenuating it *very* hard.

Edwards E-LPC w/ Seymour Duncan Seth Lovers

Marshall 1960AX cab loaded w/ Celestion EVH speakers
Fractal LB-2 load box
Fractal Friedman Dyna Cab Pack

Edwards E-LP custom w/ Seymour Duncan Seth Lover set - high gain soloing

The Duncan Seth Lover set is one of the best pickup sets I've ever used They're dynamic and clear, and they still sound great with high gain, even if they're unpotted. I am using an Edwards E-LPC or LP custom into an interface, with Neural DSP plugins. The plugins used are the Soldano and the Mk2 The backing track and solo are of my own making
