Not only that, but the Dire Wolf Project is on a mission to breed back the extinct, prehistoric dire wolf in a loving family companion dog using only domesticated dog breeds. It has taken Dire Wolf Project founder, Lois Schwarz, over 30 years to perfect the world's first large breed of family companion dog. Now, her daughter, Jennifer Stoeckl continues her legacy to bring the world a beautiful creature with the shadow of the wild prehistoric canine without using any wolf content.

Two different litters present a whole different temperament testing experience. The Harvest Litter (Chisel/Grace) is a second generation from the most recent Lab/Shepherd crossbreed. The Muscle Car Litter (Cookie Monster/Syrenka) is a fifth generation from the most recent Alaskan Malamute crossbreed.
Seeing these two litters at the same time really tells a tale about how much inherited temperament movement Dire Wolf Project breeders are able to obtain in about 7-8 years of breeding consistently for temperament.

He is having a hard time latching, his latch is week… baby will need more time to suckle than other pups, I had to “supplement with addition feeding for some pups” they have it some time and sometimes they don’t… just in case… Hope I helped 😊

Sometime auto correct is so not helpful “weak” sure thing keep us updated on that cutie… I would love to show you my 2 that I had to help gain weight because of same problem… have a great one.
