I play various racing game and my favorite series are Kaido Battle, Shutokou Battle, and Gran Turismo.
KAIDO 峠の伝説 - Companion with 45 Unique Rivals
I can now drive their unique rival cars after befriending them. I'm going to show you how many wins it took me to befriend all of them. Though it takes a lot of times and luck to befriend a rival.

I finished my second run of SB01/TXR3 about 2 or 3 weeks ago. using yellow pantera was a wonderful choice
WOW! That is a lot of playing hours in that game to be able to use the best rival cars. My favorite rival car is the 13 Devils Dreaming Wraith NSX-R NA2 (pretty cool car in the game's opening)

Yeah, no doubt. But even so, you have to do it if you want to drive their cars in Conquest Mode. It is also one of rare Advanced Cup requirements (you need a companion/friend cars to enter it).
Unless we can hack the save files to get artifically full complete

The car's fr pitch black, you can only see its yellow racing headlights from the rear which is kinda haunting when it comes back with rubberband
It's even scarier once you figure out that the real life WEST No.5 has NO pop-ups since the space where the headlights should be has been replaced with brake cooling ducts

It's actually a set of purchaseable BGMs in the same shop you would purchase racing items and garage props,so yeah;the SB01/TXR3 OST is indeed used in the game.
