I hope everything went well at your Dr apt! I'm high risk as well. My mom had stage 4 breast cancer. She's been in remission for 20 years! 🎉
@@nicoleshops01 it came back negative thanks for checking. I’m so sorry about your mom 🤗 my mom passed away when I was 18, because she didn’t follow through with checkups. It was gone but came back with vengeance. So that’s my anxiety comes from worrying about cancer and leaving this world so my kids don’t have a mom. That’s why I have to do the mammograms yearly and the mri.

Now you have done it! I just took out some ground beef for meatloaf. Comfort food is good! It is currently -5 and 7:12 am. I am getting ready for work and today I will be wearing my 5th grade hat! They are a great class! WinCo has a envelope for meatloaf I tried it once and hubby loved it. I bought like 20 packets before we moved knowing we do not have WinCo here. One of these days I will have to send money home to get a care package of things I can't get here lol! I make instant potatoes I have tons of them! I just told hubby what we are having for dinner and he thanks you for giving me the idea!

My sister in Yakima sent me a pic of the eggs at WinCo! 5 dozen medium for $26.32! I am so grateful to have chickens!
Yes eggs have gotten expensive and same with the chicken. Poor chickens all got sick. I’ve thought of getting chickens where I’m at but it might be an expensive set up and then just more worrying about another animal. I’ll pay the farmers for their expensive eggs instead. Thanks for watching.
@@LifewithSerena0323 We had back yard chickens in Yakima. They are easier to take care of than a dog. They need a fenced in area and a little house to get out of the cold. We give ours straw for added warmth in their coup in the winter. We also have a heat light because we get a lot of single digits but we didn't use one in Washington. A bag of feed usually lasts about a month and costs under $15.00. We also feed them people food like fruits and veggies some bread and of course meal worms for snacks. If you clip one wing they will not be able to glide out of the fence. They eat bugs in the yard. They are actually smart and you can name them and they will come to you. Ours would sit on our laps to be petted and we let them run loose in our fenced yard. Currently we have 5 hens and a rooster and we get 3 to five eggs a day so in the least we get 90 to 150 eggs or 7 - 12.5 dozen eggs a month but only cost for a bag of food. That is a huge savings for us. Before I started I watched a bunch of videos. With easter coming the stores will usually have a thing where you can get 4 to 6 chickens free when you buy a bag of feed. It usually takes about 18 weeks before they start laying!
That’s pretty cool. I’d be too stressed out all the time and we barely have enough $ to feed our 2 cats.

I have that same bag of oatmeal from the food bank. I just put it through my coffee grinder this morning for our smoothies. I add it to our smoothies in the morning.

Nice food haul. Did my weekly shopping yesterday. Grocery shopping is fun until you have to pay for it all. My family of 4 averages $500 a week on groceries. My dog's food is about $100 a week. Adulting aint cheap.

Good morning sweet Serena ♥ I miss shopping at Safeway and Winco! The best buy is not an expiration date but stores can't sell it beyond that date! Quinoa is yummy and a super food! I always use broth instead of water when cooking it for more flavor!
