    Crazy Horse monument is a tourist joke. I saw it in1974. Last visit was 2010. No real change except shops to sell merch.

      Unfortunately, not everything is going to be open. But I've visited in the winter and still enjoyed Badlands, Mount Rushmore, and the area's scenery. You wouldn't deal with crowds.

    Nice roadtrip! Correction- KY was not an original colony. Before statehood in 1792 (as the 15th) it’s landmass was part of Virginia which was one of the original 13 colonies.

    Great video, heading there on Sunday from FL. The book of Enoch explains Devil's Tower were really giant trees, it's petrified wood, there were 200 of them, you'd only have to notice it looks exactly like a giant stump and flat on top, and your eyes are not deceiving you, because it is✌️

    The whole panhandle, and nearby places are just rich with history. Ft. Robinson, Ft. Laramie, Oregon Trail, Black Hills, Custer Battlefield, Wounded Knee, Johnson County war, etc.

      I had to look that up. I now know that Kansas pronounces it differently; Ar-KAN-sas versus ar-kan-SAW. We are learning every day and I often mispronounce things ;-)
