Simple And Tasty Lasagna
This is a simple but Tasty Lasagna you can make for your family in the week or a treat for the weekend.

- 1 Onion
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 5 gloves
- 8 Whole pepper corns
- 2 beef stock cubes
- All purposes seasonings
- 2 Packs of grated Italian cheese mix
- 2 Table spoons of Tomato paste
- 2 cans of diced/chopped tomatoes
-750g of mince/ground beef
- 2 boxes of Lasagna sheets
White Sauce:
- 2Tablepoons of plain white flour
- 2/3 Tablespoons of Butter
- 500mls of Full cream Milk
Other:
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
