The only African pigs that can interbreed with Eurasian wild boar and feral pigs are the Red River hog and the Bush pig. In fact a cross between a Red River hog and a Wild boar looks like a Bush pig and blends into the other Bush Pigs and Bush Pigs become and intermediate species and won't go back to looking like eithrr a wild boar or a Red River Hog because it obtains dominate genes from both. However with feral swine and boar will readily mate with Bush pigs Red River hogs are reluctant to mate with them because their habits are different so they continue to breed true.

Unfortunately Africa will always be in the toilet wherever tribalism thrives. Every tribe thinks that they have been made the best tribe by their gods. Every tribe thinks it has a correct understanding of the world and every tribe thinks their people are the most talented and gifted tribe. The worst factor is every tribe wants to be the biggest tribe around and control the tribes around them. That shoots down birth control being out of the question. Fortunately as they move from rural to city life tribal structure starts breaking down. While primative tribes delight anthropologists they are a pain for sociologists, governments and ecologists. The good news is tribes are being taught and learning to be stewards of the environment around them but it needs to happen at a faster pace before things are ruined.
