Nice and quiet - no music! Join Duane for a 30:20 workout with Squat Leg Reach to the Side paired with Lateral Raises and Front Raises. Part B is Squat Leg Reach to the Back paired with Sideplank!

Equipment required - 2 small weights. Join Duane for a 2 min AMRAP using Reverse Lunges and Bicep Curls. Part B is another AMRAP with Plank Knee-to-Elbow and Tricep Kickbacks. Finish with a Plank Pyramid (almost all of it!)

Equipment required - 2 very small weights. Join Duane for a excellent 40:30 strength workout that should get you huffing and puffing. Bodyweight Squats with Knee Lift paired with Plank and Bear Stand. Part B is some isometric shoulder work with those little weights.

Equipment required - 2 small weights Join Duane for Legs and Shoulders. Follow along as we do an Isometric Squat Leg Reach to the Side paired with Lateral Raises and Front Raises. Part B has us doing Leg Reach to the back along with Sideplank!!!
