You can remove rot and mould from the surfaces, but it will never be removed from under the leather and upholstery. The specific odour will remain forever. Soon the mould will start to make its way out again. The car is probably rotten and all over the underside, electrics and rubber goods. Restoring it to an adequate condition will cost substantially more than its market value. In other words, a washed and licked dead man. A very dubious project. Unless you find some fool who buys this car without knowing its history.
