Another mechanic that I really like from Ultimate Ninja 3 is that Tenten had a functional taunt, unlike the rest of the cast. If you hold up on the d-pad (the taunt command), she'll pull out a scroll and quickly summon a bunch of items that you can then pick up to restock her ninja tools.

The reason why Sasuke's infernal fireball has priority over other moves is probably because it's an Amaterasu-type move. Other moves with Amaterasu also usually beat other projectiles. Also, Danzo actually CAN die through his insta kill seal jutsu. He can only use Izanagi if he uses a substitution bar and he will die first if he uses the jutsu without any bars.

The Dragon Ball Naruto one excluded from later versions is because of licensing issues, definitely. It probably took a lot of hoops to get Naruto have that Goku Gi outfit as DLC. Probably agreed just for OG Storm 3 alone
