Looks good but I don’t think this kind of swan broth gave the authentic broth taste. Thanks and Kudos to your English version ❤! Hard to find Vietnamese food recipes in English.
Thank you for watching. The "Swanson" broth wouldn't have made a difference if I used another brand; plus broths are usually bland. The actual authenticity comes from the crab/shrimp seasoning and ingredients I used. It was a personal choice to use broth...some people don't use it at all. And you're welcome.

I deleted my previous response because I just came back frm Miami and that response was for Miami not Canada lol Correct response: You should definitely go to Canada during the summer or early Fall season. It’ll be realllllly cold if you go in the winter. We went to Canada in October and it was nice! Not too cold!
Lovely vlog, how was processing crossing border by car?
Thank you so much! First and foremost there was NO LINE and NO WAIT as soon as we arrived to the border. The border patrol asked us a lot of personal questions and then even after showing them our vaccination cards we STILL had to take a covid test at a testing site a block away before we could explore and do our own thing. Every restaurant that you go to they will ask for your vaccination cards, id and phone number. But I recently heard that they closed the borders again.
So what did you enjoy about your trip to Toronto? We love to travel too and invite you to follow our journey!
We enjoyed the exploring the beautiful city, eating the delicious food and talking to the nice Canadians. We look forward to coming back! We heard that they just closed up the borders again recently, so we are thankful to have visited when we did which was in October. I'll definitely check out your videos too! Thank you :)

yum! I thought there is like a crab meatball that they make with the Bun Bo Hue..
Thank you! And uhmm...not that I am aware of. The crab meatball is more so for the Bun Rieu noodle soup. But people put a lil spin to their own cooking all the time. I chose to stick to all beef without the pork blood etc. Thanks for watching!

Yes, more oil = more crispy. That's with all things like french fries, eggrolls, fried chicken etc. Only difference with banh xeo is I brush the oil on; I don't dip it in a pot of oil. (That's too excessive). and thank you! I bought my non-stick pan at Atlanta City Market.
