I want to be a substitute student

In my twenties I used to jog 6 miles a day, I would wake up at 4:00 a.m. go to the track Run 3 MI then go to work and after work around 6:00 go run another 3 miles.. I went to the gym 4 days a week for 8 months, I killed myself training and working out for nothing lol within a month everything was basically gone and I turned into a nobody. No excuses but having testicular cancer and going through 4 months of chemo completely wrecked my body 🫤 I'm not really out of shape but I don't look the way I used to and I'm definitely not going to be the next state boxing champion 🤣🤣 we used to call it road work.. jogging, get that road work in both of you! lol 👍👍
