I wonder what language the background voice is speaking. It sounds a lot like Czech, judging by the tone, but I am not sure. I cannot recognise a single word distinctive for Slavic languages. The second language it reminds me of is Hungarian. But really, it could be a random mix of languages with no sense behind it, something like 'Non-Sense Song'.
