Did you guys sand the entire floor just like if you were refinishing the floors?
We didn't sand the floor. Although I think it would have helped for the paint to adhere to the floor better.

Not a bluegrass fan but the music is okay. If you picked the music I would probably say omg.
You know what, I'm not a fan either 😂 I've been trying to take that music off for a while. My kids were helping me pick the music for the video and seemed to really like this one 😆.
Did you sand the floors before painting it?
No we didn't sand it.
Did it end up scratching once you guys started walking around on it and adding furniture
It scratched in 2 spots after we moved the couch. We touched it up and let the floor dry for a few more days before putting any furniture on it.

How do you clean this?
I would sweep and mop normal with a light floor cleaner.
@@mycozyhomelife my floors are wooden but they are painted brown like a wall and have some spots where it feels as if it was sanded and painted without being swept off or smoothed out first. I often tear cheap mops and swiffers.
You didn't put a seal on it. So how is it working out?
Hi 👋 We didn't put a seal on it. The paint we used is for outside porches so the paint is very durable. It did peal in very small areas when we moved furniture out, but we re touched the small spots and let it dry for a few days. I also checked with the new owner of the house and she said that the floor is in good shape.

It's holding up well. We touched up a few areas but other than that it's doing good.
