After attending John's Swim Free, Confidence Underwater course, we decided to plunge right in and do a three day free dive trip in Sodwana Bay with John as our guide/coach. A visual installation portraying the assimilation of the ocean's ebb and flow movement in our lives. Though the being yearns to reach a constant in either of the two states, the inter-dependent fluctuations are needed to cause a living condition. These constant fluctuations exemplify a state of 'living water'.
