My auger on broken where can I find new one I just need auger on

A few seconds after i turn the left side on, the red error light comes on. The front auger wont spin at all and the rear one spins for a few seconds and stops but nothing is blocking it. Any ideas why im getting this error?

our machines are not turning to ice they are just cold an we have cleaned the intake where the air comes in and we have messed around with the sugar to water ratio also we have cleaned everything and its still not working, does this machine use freon? any ideas? we got this on amazon an can't get any help its been a year so warranty won't cover this and before I forget its also 6 inches away from the wall on all sides so its got great air flow

sure is loud. I wouldn't want to have this thing going that long.

I have about 20 XC211 Slush Machines. one machine gives me a problem. The right side bowl keeps giving a Error light. when it starts, the motor turns for about 3 seconds then it stops and the light comes one. even when theres nothing in the bowl.

I can mix the same mixture in both bowls and my left bowl fault light will come on. Do you have any ideas ?
