Wonderful video Ivy, very relaxing. I didn't know if you had tried any character-based videos, because I had the idea for a masked ASMR superhero (in the style of The Incredibles or Batgirl) that I think could be fun. The premise would go something like this. The viewer would be injured or distressed by a villain, but you would show up to help, using your superpowers of ASMR. Throughout the video, the viewer would ask who you really were, but you would tell them how important it is that you wear your mask, and keep your identity a secret, but, at some point, you would trust the viewer enough, to unmask yourself and show them who you really are. I think you would do an awesome job. Keep up the great work.
That’s a really creative idea! I love the character aspect of it. I could give it a shot. I hate to disappoint though if you know what I mean.
@@Blueivyasmr It's all about seeing your spin on this idea; that's what makes ASMR fun. And when it comes to the mask, it wouldn't need to be anything crazy. I think a simple eye mask, like the ones The Incredibles wear, would work just fine. I'm really looking forward to watching your channel grow.
@@supermime6140I really appreciate that I actually already own a mask it's a Harlequin type so I would use it and hopefully a character would emerge from it hopefully nothing too crazy lol

I would say that for me, anxiety is something that 'fills the void'; when you have the time to think you become anxious. If there's something that i'm going to be doing which might cause me to be anxious, i try to occupy my mind with something right up to that point. Once i get doing the thing i was anxious about, i'm alright.
I try to keep my mind focused on other things if I let it stray to much towards what is bothering me it completely consumes me. I have to keep busy do breath work focus my energy and ground myself plus exercise my body to maintain an all around healthy lifestyle as much as possible anyway
