I have a msa 45 side drop slide. Just installed it the other day. The thing is kind of clunky. You push down on the handle to raise the fridge back up but it doesn’t go all the way up so you can’t slide it back it with out using my hip to push the lever down while using my hands to lift the slide up another 10-20mm and then I have to lock it so it won’t drop down to slide it back in the Ute. Each rail that slides out drops down differently, it’s like the unit is twisted. I dunno it’s kind of clunky and complicated to use. Still easier than lifting the Engel fridge out up and down every time though.

You can tow a 3 and a half ton 0:53 trailer while carrying 832kg in the tray. Incorrect, you forgot the ballweight of approx 350kg which gives you 482kg payload., not 832kg. And all the accessories you speak of a must have your payload will end up at 300kg which further eats into the payload. Then dont forget the passengers weight. Basically this is a paid glorification of the ineos.

You can easily adjust the steering radius by swapping out the spacer nut on the bump stop bolt and replace with a pair of washers. Lol, why would anyone pay 55 to 70k for a "teardrop" camper? You would have it for 12 months and then want to sell it as there is nowhere near enough internal space for wet days and inclement weather. Which is more than likely when you go camping.

Well I for one love it and will probably be moving to X3Gen2 when my camping needs changes. Love my X1 but will definitely be getting an X3Gen2 down the track. Quality costs money - that's life! Get over it.

No mention of how much more cramped inside the new x3 is over the previous model. Or how much smaller the kitchen space is? Paid plug for sure... Id own a Gen1 X3 over this any day.
