This video includes my preshot processes along with commentary to give you an idea of how I think about each shot. Playing 18 holes at HCC, my home course. It's a 9-hole course and lots of fun. It's a par 72 at 5800 yards with a course rating/slope of 69.1/126. The greens are usually in good shape and quite challenging. This was the first brisk day of this Autumn. Shooting 34 (-3) on the Front 9 @ Fox Ridge

Here's the front nine from a round I played last week. My battery went dead on the back nine, so I didn't get all of it. Shot Even on the back for a total of 34-36=70 (-3). Course Rating/Slope is 70.2/119. This was my first attempt at videoing a round, and it came with unique challenges. I replaced the C16 and C55 capacitors and the blinking issue stopped and the mute/solo buttons work/light up however at the top of the board the phantom power doesn't work/light up and I am getting no signal from any inputs. Would replacing the C9 help? is there anyway to diagnose this issue without replacing every capacitor and diode?
Just a Guy explaining roll, and Grain direction. got more from you than the babbling no it all golf gurus on RUclips. Thank you
Great video! Thank you.
Great information thanks
Flippin heck mate that sounded epic!
Man those 19 on top was hard to reach had to use a wrench which took forever 🤣
Thanks for the video. I just redid mine while I had your video playing.
Thanks your video helped me out
Why not using the send and return line? I use boss rc30 in the end of the chain.
This is covered in the description. It is certainly possible to use the send/returns
anyone know if these clusters are plug and play interchangeable with a base model T100 which doesn't have the RPM gage?
Can you share link to buy the stereo?
Have a great break. I play in the Kingdom of Fife, Scotland and my course was closed due to freezing fog and sub zero temperatures this week. It looks a lot more inviting where you are. Cheers
dude thanks i just got this set up and have been trying to figure it out on my own for a while now!
Just used this with my Ditto and old Tascam 246! Incredible tip my friend!
Wizard you’ve gone quiet! Hope you’re ok
Thanks for your concern. I’m just taking a holiday break
You should do on course management. Play a round.
@@danieldombroski7760 we’re getting there. Going through the shots first. I have posted a couple of rounds, check those
Very good instructions! I have been playing a long time! Well done!
how can I tell if a pedal will work beforehand?
Most newer pedals will work fine. Try it
Outstanding video, my Mackie is the heart of my studio, for many years, it just started flashing. This video gave me exactly what I needed. It works great now.

You talk about stopping into your swing as your club approaches the ball. I don’t understand what you mean or how you would do that. Please clarify. Thanks.
I understand this is confusing. I will make a video about the release soon. Thanks
I carry 5 wedges because my new iron set is a stronger lofted set than what I have used in the past, set consists of a PW, AW, GW, SW and LW. The PW in this set is about the same loft as the 9i in an older set. I will drop a wedge, usually the AW, if I am playing the back tees and need another long club to handle the extra yardage.
Wizard. Any chance you offer wizard school at your home course? I’ll sign up. Your instructions are great.
Not yet sir. But I do plan on getting a website up next year and offering virtual sessions
The guy that writes the distances down in book needs to watch Wizard videos!!
@ToddWeeks-uy1ei I totally agree. Especially the bunker vids 😂
Excellent primer on wedge distances. I have my distances on a laminated card. The card, for me, is a great way to make a choice when facing tricky lies and in between distances. I check my distances at the beginning of the season, mid-season, and end of season. I just naturally hit wedges from 100 yards in somewat longer at mid season so I have to adjust. Very helpful lesson, Artemago Thank you, Joe in NW PA ps. I play 5 wedges including pitching wedge.
My playing partner, who is also 69 years young, plays with 5 wedges. When he executes correctly he’s deadly accurate. I’ve seen him hole out twice in the last two weeks from 50y and 82y!
What are your credentials? PGA pro? God amateur? Good video. Thanks.
30 years playing the game. Scratch handicap. My credential is the knowledge I present
Thanks man. Mine needed the adjustment to close all the way. It was also seized up. Hopefully that is the final piece to the puzzle. Ive replaced all the other vaccum sensors. 👍🤞
I need slow mo downswing and IMPACT IMPACT IMPACT..... close up....thank you.
What is your point? You have to hit down on the ball to get it in the air!
so, would you say that with a mixer and this RC-5, could I make live concerts making vocal layers, looping them, while playing a playback track? Im a singer who does mainly voice layers creating atmospheric music with it and i was considering the loop station Boss RC505, but was a bit more than my budget right now, and since i dont have yet a mixer, i thought to do exacly this you are doing, to get me one RC-5, plug it into the mixer and from the mixer with the microphone, create live the vocal layers. and I do play guitar sometimes, so in this format such as yours, can work as well with other instruments. thanks.
Yes, you can do as you say by using a mixer. Hook up the loop pedal as suggested, then connect your playback track to any other channel or the tape in. Keep in mind, though, that you will be limited to just one loop with infinite layers. You will be able to add layer upon layer and undo the last layer added, but you will not be able to start/stop particular layers. To do this, you will need a multi track looper, or you can sync two rc5 together.
@@Artemago yes, I realized that wont be like a multitrack looper, but i guess for what i need right now, the RC5 will do the trick. Thank you very much for the answer.
I play a lot of disc golf and used to play ball golf but never threw baseballs and was left out of most athletic activities as a younger person. The discussion around the body movements, especially the braced leg and hip is so helpful, thank you! I think you just helped me with all 3 sports mechanics! You even looked like you were throwing a disc at the end. =-P
And something ells?
Bless your heart I know you’re trying but you’re making it look more complex than it really is but I bet you were a better golfer than I am
Makes perfect sense. I'll give it a swing
SAGUTO
When you can beat whatever tour player finishes last in the standings , I will listen . I’m hoping this is an attempt to be funny . You don’t advocate doing what the best ball strikers in the world are doing . Please stop
Who di you get lessons from ?
Squirrel!?
I thought this was a joke, he looks like Cole from rosscreations
Lost me at the wrist flex
Slowing down or braking at the right time would be better explained around pulling the handle upward like a pendulum instead of just your explanation as I think a lot of people would misinterpret and stop turning the lower body as an example
Hey isn't that Bryson De shithead?
So we're supposed to listen to hillbilly hacker over a professional?
Missed opportunity not calling this Hybrid Theory
@@ytixos what a great suggestion! I’ll change this for sure
13:58 love this part. when i just swing my hybrid, the ball good much further and straighter
I enjoyed your explanation on the hands and the club head square at impact. I think and feel that the longer the club, the earlier I want to release it with gracefulness to snap it through the ball. The longer the club the slower my swing feels, but it's actually moving fast. Hitting a 3 hybrid about 175 to 185 yards is all that I need. Thank you Artemago, Joe in PA now at 70 years young.
@@user-fq1xh7bg7gJoe_Frisina Happy 70! That’s a big 3 hybrid. You go Joe!
I'm just learning this game but would this Hybrid Instruction be the same has hitting the woods ??
Very similar
the chili dip explanation is very helpful
I’ve bounced back and forth between hybrids and fairway woods/metals. As I age, I need the distance from fairway clubs but miss the accuracy of hybrids. What to do, what to do!!!
Great video by a great person
