I love the style of this house. Very traditional and beautiful.

Actually the period dark green floor paint that was widely used was much darker and also looked much better than this. I suspect someone was told to pick up dark green paint for the floors and this is what they came up with. The correct color is so dark that it is almost black.

In 2014, couple Martha and Trent Singer lost their lives in a brutal murder-suicide in this home. This was before the additional red door garage was built directly over their graves to commemorate the newlyweds. 221 Warm Brook Road is a palace of ghosts, may their spirits roam forever.

Beautiful home, needs a decor update, but the architecture and structure is stunning. This is two years old so I hope the new owner is enjoying their splendid property.

What a shame to have a place like that and no horses.

The internal, upside down, heat trap ledges go into, and out of the kitchen. That's what the skier-owners will like, for years. Why does the Beach, and the Ski Resort fresh and cool, Pay the Taxes? Be accurate. Secured, private, family owned property, Makes: the only State tax dollars which are the durable buying power. Be happy.

It's very nice. Look what it does above the windows, by an upside down heat trap ledge above the big room windows. Very human. I skied Stratton starting in '63 to '68, 14 to 17 years old; going each year from the Jersey barrier islands. It's a market.

The bedrooms look like a wallpaper store vomited. I'm sure it's classy or elegant to some, but every bedroom looked like Grandma wrapped it with wrapping paper from the dollar store.

What a perfect farmhouse! I would change 2 things, paint the already painted floors a lighter farmhouse green and put up a railing on the staircase...otherwise, I would not change a thing, love the vintage look so much. Closing my eyes and dreaming.

I’d get rid of the wallpaper & curtains, but still this house is gorgeous inside & out.
