    What a wide rack. Some grow so different. A guy in our state shot one in velvet in late muzzle load season (December). His antlers looked like a Unicorn. 1 horn sticking straight up. Because it was all twisted up, but it was a perfect in length and a 5x5. I could sit in a tree and just watch them all day. 😊

      @@danieltaylor757 aiming for bears is a lot more different than deer. You are supposed to aim almost mid body. He went 50 yards

      @@BluffCountryOutdoorsnot sure where you learned mid body shooting, but every bear I have harvested, you hit them more forward that a deer. The vitals are behind the front shoulder and when standing straight broadside, you only have about a 2” zone behind the shoulder blade. This is why they can’t run for long distances, cuz their lungs get compressed in their front cavity and they run out of breath quickly. Waiting for them to be quartering away or at least having the front leg stepping forward on a broadside shot is the ideal position.
