Cons-- The police. There are more cops than mailboxes in Stillwater, and not much crime so a parking or traffic violation could lead to 3 cop cars with angry cops who hate the students.

You left off the currupt government, but we are still working hard on correcting this issue, but we've had a hard few years. We were not told when we bought it, and you did not share that. Had ProValue worked great, we upgraded to fiber, and we are very happy. #2 is laughable. Tryon resident for 2 years come June 2024. We are currently fighting our administrators.

I left Stillwater in 1975. Back then, 6th and Main was the center of town. Perkins road was new and undeveloped and did not go through south of 6th. The western edge was Western and the eastern edge was Jardot. That said, it's amazing how much is still the same.

Stillwater is such a great place to live, when I came to Stillwater in 2013, I fell in love with Stillwater.....such a great place to live in USA. people are so great, loving and caring..... I would love to spent rest of life here

I lived in Perkins for 12 years and few things you didn't know about middle school there are two gyms and use to be through 3-8th now is 6-8th and i am going to middle school and be aware about the milk and fhe food i found mold in my chicken on the first semester in 6th grade in 2022 and now i am in 7th

I’ve been looking at new construction in Stillwater and am not impressed with the quality or rather lack of quality I expected to find in that area. The contractors are using contractor grade materials and that means what’s behind the drywall probably isn’t up to my standards either. ..which is a shame now I have to build my own house.

And how much is that fire insurance policy on average? Out here in Piedmont I don’t have fire insurance but I do ah e to pay for ambulance services at $3/month. Deed restrictions?! Covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CCR)… I want to put a tiny home on a plot of land with a garage bigger than the home. LOL!!! 😂 Yeah utilities Infrastructure (road, electric, sewer, water) is why I ended up buying a home instead of building a tiny house because of CCRs. And Stillwater doesn’t have a Home Depot just a Lowes so I’d have to run Somewhere, OK to the nearest Home Depot. And yes flood zones always a hazard even in the mountains of Kentucky! Surveys - the county should have something too… as far as easements go …that always an issue. Good video.
