Kevin you do hook grip for deadlifts??!! WTF. There hasn't been this level and degree of thumb abuse since Little Jack Horner. I'd rather stick my thumb somewhere else then in the envelop of a hook grip while DLing.. 😮

Personally use the Rom2 now, the TYR L1s were quite bad IMO, Ive used the Leistung also but the heel height is way too high. I kinda wanna try the LU shoes though

How many minutes do u rest between sets?
Depends on how much time I have to get the session done 😂😂😂
I just go of feel when I feel ready to go again I’ll lift usually 1-2 minutes in around that it all depends on how I’m feeling
Good recovery kevin . Every time you sang a few lines on the walk in you hit the lift.
It’s wild how singing a bit on the way up really seems to settle the nerves and get me in the right headspace. I never realized it until you pointed it out - guess it’s my secret warm-up routine now! I’ll have to keep the tunes going for that extra boost on the big lifts.
Nothing like the right bit of music to get the right reaction.

Kevin you don't pay any attention to the recovery days I hear people talking about.
Yeah I try to take a Thursday and a Sunday off but just depends how I’m feeling I would definitely recommend 2 rest days per week or at a minimum 1 but sometimes I just can’t help my self 😂

I feel exactly the same, whenever I have my rest day,I struggle to get going again for a couple of days,I totally lose motivation etc🙈i always say if i was to stop training for a week,I'd prob never train again😂
I think I’ll stick to my usual rest days Thursday and Sunday the extra one was not good idea 😂
