On our way back from Nova Scotia to PEI, we chose to cross this amazing 8 mile* (13km) bridge linking mainland Canada to PEI. We had taken the ferry across from Wood Island a week earlier. *Correction to my statement about the length of the bridge. In the beginning of my video I say 8km when in, fact the bridge is 8 miles across.

On a day trip to Peggy's Cove south of Halifax, Niva Scotia, I chanced upin the Buoy Shak. This quaint shak housed many different kinds of buoys, bottles, and random items fished from the sea.

If Lucy Maude Montgomery didn’t live in the Green GABLES HOUSE, who did?
Green Gables was an imaginary creation by the author. It was as much a character in the story as any of the people. This home is meant to evoke to magic of Anne’s beloved home - and I’ll bet it does!
The house known as “Green Gables” is an original farmhouse that belonged to the Macneill family, cousins of author L.M. Montgomery. Like many Prince Edward Island farmhouses, it started out small and had additions through the years to accommodate a growing family.
@@marysuecritchlow819 You are mistaken. Green Gables was not imaginary. It existed and was the home of the Macneill Family who were cousins of L.M. Montgomery, the author of "Anne of Green Gables."
