Thank you for your feedback. This is a real estate listing. Our client did partially installed sod grass. However, this is San Antonio and we are in a drought. It takes a lot of water for additional plants etc to keep them alive. The house is vacant. Normally homes with a lot of new landscaping are occupied and owners have to either water regularly or hire someone to do so. Thanks again for your feedback. We will pass it on.

@@SJServantRealtors It's important for vacant homes to keep sprinklers on or water during a drought if there are large trees on the lot, I had a customer of mine buy a home in the drought of 2012, and the second the bid was accepted, the seller cheaped out and turned the sprinklers off, so by the time closing rolled around the entire row of blue spruces were under great stress, and eventually the buyer had to pay 8,000$ to have them cut down, and plant new trees to screen out the busy street behind. A total cost to the new homeowner of over 12,000$... five, 40 year old trees dead....all because the previous owner didn't want to pay the 150$ water bill.
