i have a few suggestions about your pull ups, your form isnt bad but id stick with the neutral grip and not go too wide...going really wide isn't anymore beneficial than slightly shoulder width.. 2. you would do better doing pull ups atleast once a week but twice a week is better. 3. go slower on the negative, that's the most important part of the movement, that's what will get you stronger.. a couple years ago i could only do 5 pull ups , then i got a band to help me...ican do atleast 15 now on a day i feel good i do 18....best wishes...🎉🎉🎉

Best way is fat loss through diet and ask your doctor if you have one about diet. Pull up is less about hour glass and more about bodyweight strength, lats on your back. Good luck and take it slow in the beginning of your journey, and learn to eat healthy first, appropriately. EDIT: here's an opinion. When you lose fat and it is usually from calorie deficit. I'm not a doctor. This is just what i learned watching countless hours of RUclips fitness for Years. To grow you need to be in calorie surplus. Some of the best places to go are Renaissance Periodization, then also Athlean X, and also Greg Doucette. Those are awesome sources of fitness information. Don't get bogged down, okay. Try to do what I recommend to be beginner and learn the exercises. Spend more time learning form than trying to lift hard. Best of luck, and dont forget to ask your physician about proper ways to use electrolytes.

The juice receiver is only 500ml big and it leaks the juice because the juice feeder tube doesn't reach properly into the receiver. Apart from that the juice quality is great really fresh and smooth

The only problem is you can only put 1 fruit per time and it takes long. But, the juice quality is amazing

This juice is quite nice and affordable . It's is not as noisy as people are saying. I bought this but returned it because it was leaving many fruits unjuiced. Please Can someone confirm to me that the Nama J2 is not doing the same thing as I am planning to purchase it.

I have the same juicer. I ordered the Amz Chef last month. It's works great and it was affordable. It's my first juicer and I think it's a great start to juicing before upgrading to the $550 one

I had this juicer and returned it and bought the Nama J2. The quality was not great. That sounds like it’s on the struggle bus. It will not last long term.

Just because it's cheaper doesn't mean that it's better than the J2.

I'm sorry but you have no idea what fupa is. You had simply belly fat not fupa. FUPA is not part of the ab area. Instead, it is the area specifically known as the mons pubis, which is where your pubic bone is located. Fupa - Fat in the upper pubic area - this is fat on the top of the pubic bone, fat that covers the pubic bone, not that is above it up the body. Fupa is difficult to minimize because there are almost no muscles in this place that could burn this fat.

Excellent video, very similar to the fridja 2500, both hoppers take 1.8 litres, this one is a little more expensive than the fridja, either way Excellent video.
