The Right Way of Making and Frying Sesame Balls or Buchi (does not deflate after frying)
Dough:
1 1/4 cup boiled water (plus 2 Tbps of water if dough is dry)
1/2 cup white sugar
2 cups Glutinous Rice Flour
1/2 cup Rice Flour
1 Tbsp of vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
Filling (according to your choice) But mine is Taro or Ube Filling
1/2 kilo Taro or Ube (boiled with 1 cup of water for 20mins) low flame
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup full cream powder milk
1 tbsp butter
Oil for fying (make sure it’s deep fried)
