You can find a dellotro carb with a fitting adapter online all over the place, but realistically any good quality carb can be made to work flawlessly, as long as the diameter (12mm) and jetting is correct, though you will need to create a custom adapter.

I used a cheap hyundai dremel but it broke right after filming the video so if you're interested, you should get a "dremel" branded product in the price range you're looking for.

You should first make sure the lever isn't stuck in the cover. If it is, you should replace the lever. If it is still stuck, you should replace the clutch cover. If it still does not go back after opening the clutch, you should replace the springs and the screws (with the correct parts). (make sure you use all spacers and tolerances given by the manufacturer) if it still doesn't work, take it to a repair shop, but all of these steps should fix your problem. I hope this helps!

Hogy müködjön, CNC géppel le kellet rövidítani a hengert is belül kimarni, hogy a babettának a hüvelye beleférjen, a membran teljesen ki legyen használva és a löket is passzoljon. A blokkba uj lyukakat kellt fúrni és menetezni, mert hát a mustangnak a hengerének más a felfogatási rendszere van. Összesen eddig 5 hónapba tartott eddig eljutni. It somehow is really all I did to it. I was extremely surprised when I saw the results. What I did explained in higher detail is, that I raised the exhaust port by 3mm allowing for more blowdown. The pistion opens the exhaust port sooner and more exhaust gas can escape faster, thus it can rev higher. I also widened it for better flow. One thing i didn't talk about in the video was, that low end performance got a lot worse, so it is quite hard to get the bike moving. This happened, because at low RPMs the piston can't close the exhaust in time and much of the air and gas mixtures escapes through it. Something that may have also increased performance, was the unrestricted exhaust that I put on it that has an expansion chamber. In case you want to do something similar, I recommend watching videos on porting from "2 Stroke Stuffing". He is the most knowledgeable about 2 Strokes and I've watched most of his videos. The cylinder is an aftermarket 60cc tuning cylinder from "simson-keletimotor-alkatreszek" (hungarian webstore) made for the Jawa Babetta 207 and the crankshaft is the original Babetta one. Because the original crankshaft doesn't have a needle bearing, I use an 1:8 gasoline to oil mixture as fuel to give better lubrication. The Jawa Mustang carburetor is attached with an adapter plate made by me to the original intake manifold and the exhaust is unrestricted and formed into an expansion chamber.
