Hello brother, I think you have made some mistake in it in F value cell of replication as the division of MS of replication with Error MS is not same to the Fvalue of replication. Please correct it so. Thank you. I used the two factor factorial rbd pooled analysis

Thank you for pointing it out. I can see in output example for individual ANOVA replication ms is 1.477 and error ms is 2.557 and Cal F for Rep should be 0.577 but instead of that it's 0.7385. Will rectify on server in two days and let you know.

The formula for replication nested with year/location is year/ location* (replication -1) = 2*(4-1) = 6.
