True
I got to 900 using the Coca Cola gambit
@@StefansMomsMom that should be a chess.com achievement lmao
@@WaywardChesslol
The English? The polish?
@@StefansMomsMom the English requires a really good positional understanding, which most 800:s don’t have. The polish is just objectively a bad opening and there isn’t a particular reason you should play it over say the Nimzo-Larsen or the Kings Indian attack

Just too risky
Y’all I have come such a long way since I posted this video. I started making a few shorts when I just started playing chess, and I came up with this counter myself. I was roughly 600 elo at that time. Now I am a 1600-1700 rated player on lichess rapid and my performance elo when I play well is around 2000 I would say. So I know now that this is NOT the best way to counter the scholars mate.
kiddie countergambit is my fav to play in wayward. Win everytime.
fuck chess
Okay
Queen could go to d5 instead of giving it away
A knowledgeable player isn’t going to 0-0 into you after Be3 or f3 😢also after d6, you’ve transposed into a Pirc
Italian game
Hmm interesting still Black has more options and if they play like this they don't have to take bishop
Yeah but in the future we might trade bishops and then black has big holes around the king
What if night to h7
Play on like normal ig
err.. Q->D5 escape?
Best way to trap the queen
This all assumes black is a mindless idiot.....
I already Scholar's mated a Wayward user 💀
Also one time i sacrificed my Bishop to get a Wayward user's Queen. He resigned the next move
I played the Caro Kann on this against the Nelson bot, quite interesting lol
Yeah the Nelson not is kinda wierd
After black Qh1 white plays pawn to g3. This brings white out of trouble
Yeah I know, the Latvian gambit is pretty bad tbh
Hello my name is Bob
No your name is Jens
Q-D5(white)
But white can defend B4 with C3 instead of A3 no?
Then go watch part one, where I cover what to do against that move

ruclips.net/user/shortsZ6ddTEMkEac?si=mmrxpd0DvL_aW_oO
What u dislike about these videos is what if they play one different pawn
I have videos planned where I cover most main lines, so just wait and see!
this the kind of openings i would play against my dad when i was 4
Facts
Didn’t bother doing tags and stuff, this channel was never meant to make views anyway, it was to educate new players. I have lots of other stuff in my life rn; school, activities (I joined a chess club so that’s fun, probably gonna share some of the tourneys I play there), social life etc.
1.d4 d5 2.e3 Nf6 3.Bd3 e6 4.Nbd2 Bd6 5.f4 O-O 6.Ngf3 Ng4? 7.B×h7+!! Kh8 8.Ng5 N×e3 9.Qh5! N×g2+ 10.Kd1 N×f4 11.Qh4 Ng2 12.N×f7+ R×f7 13.Q×d8+ K×h7 14.Q×c8 Black resings (1-0)
what if they instead of protecting with the knight, protect with the queen
Just play normal chess
Im dead 💀
Bird
Good job!
It was mate for black when the knight took the pawn😂😂
No. It was not.
Before castling King-side, Black should attack White’s B on e3 with Ng4.. & wherever it goes continue attacking it with his pawns… ie, if Bf4, then e5! If then Bg5, f6 and if B-h4, g4! Then if Bg3, Black should retreat his knight on g4 to h6 & if White tries to break up Black’s kingside pawns with h4, black can just play Nf7 reinforcing both his g5 & e5 pawns that blot out white’s dark-squared bishop. If white does not lash out with h4, black can play Nf7 anyway & then can start developing his queenside pieces & start counterattacking as white tries to unravel his kingside pieces. Better for white is the pal an early f3 to stop Black’s N-g4 attack. But then Black must vigorously counter attack white’s center.
Invented by Fischer!?
Yes, or at least he gave it the name and popularized the tactic
@@WaywardChess concept of zugzwang was known at the time of Philidor (18th century) Paul Morphy composed zugzwang position himself (see wiki on "zugzwang") term "zugzwang" is from German language - known in 19th century The earliest known use of the term zugzwang in English was on page 166 of the February 1905 issue of Lasker's Chess Magazine (see en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zugzwang) in my opinion the one who popularized zugzwang was Nimzowitsch via his book on chess theory - "My System"
“Errm… It’s actually called the Kings Indian Attack”🤓☝️
If white do d4 then
Thanks man, now I actually know how to sacrifice my chess pieces properly
Idk Why I Blunder More On Rapid Than Bullet
Rapid 60-80% Bullet 80-90%

cant wait to use this when i get into a real game with this position with the bishop on g1 and knight on f1
It’s not meant to be copied, it’s a tutorial on the chess tactic known as a tempo move
@@WaywardChess ik HAHAHA, i was being sarcastic

Want to 1v1 in fortnite
So?
So sorry if the video got a little messy, I’m on vacation and I wanted to make one last video, but I don’t really have much time to edit so this is all I got. Btw I’m currently in Germany going to Italy for all of you that saw my community post
To be a little more clear, you shouldn’t just copy the moves that I showed. Instead, go to a database and study the most popular moves. From there you can build experience and know what to play in every situation with these openings. Also, you can watch RUclips guides to these from creators like Gotham chess, The chess giant and maybe me in the future.
I'm really good at this gambit I do it nearly every game
Yeah I recommend people all the time to play this, it’s really good and tricky
botez gambit accepted
It’s a very tricky line that does not at all just blunder a queen with no benefits
I hate to be that guy, but… 🤓
Zooming in a lot makes me lose track of the pieces
Oh okay, I will remember that for next time 😅
I spent a lot of time editing this video for you guys! So subscribe if you want to get better at chess, I won’t disappoint Btw, this isn't really a counter, more of a way to make it easier to play against.
