As always It depends, if someone has like 16in arms and 17.5in forearms yеah, something wrong here (unless he's an armwrestler) but if he has 17.5in arms and the same forearms, I think it looks wery cool

His backs incredible for real!- I mean, he's got the freak thickness, with the classic width, which by the way is pro status wide! And the trap and lower back development is really on point! but I think for what it's worth, that he should consider some harder heavier shrug and hamstring movements, so those areas are competitive and not years behind in development, despite their size and indirect work-amazing dude!

In my gym everytime someone is done using a machine i would just point and signal the guy if his done and he would do the same except with a thumbs up

Maybe it’s due to your movement still uncorrect, the lateral raises for example. To confirm that, try to doing your movement in front of mirror and if you feel contraction in your traps, change it. I hope this will helpful, goodluck
