Remote Video Production:
We were ahead of our time; working remotely with talent, then receiving the video files through file transfer and editing them in our studio in California.
The project was directed remotely with Fernanda Martins in Brazil and Ralph in Europe. At the time, I was traveling from LA to NY. So, I directed via SKYPE from NY just hours after arriving on the red eye.
The project went from concept to completion in 7 days. We met our deadline and the video played live at the National Sales and Marketing Conference. The audience thought it was a live feed, but it was actually produced in the traditional manner: pre-production/planning, production, post-production.

Amcor... dropping wages while recording record profits. Their profits are kept secret from Frito Layer because if Frito Layer found out how much Amcor made off them they would want a share of it by wanting a price reduction on their packaging. Also when the price of oil went up so did the price of their base material resulting in price hikes for their packaging but did not drop the price when oil prices went down. This is also was kept secret from their customers. Bullying in this company from managers is discussing. Managers trying to get people sacked just so they can employ their friends and family. Even some of their food packaging factory’s are disgustingly filthy. Big clean ups when AIB are coming so they get a better AIB score. If AIB turned up unexpected they would defiantly be told to clean up their act. I will be contacting Frito Layer myself hopefully this week or next to tell them what’s been going on with prices. This is a horrible company to work for. Amcor will work you into your grave for as little money as possible. Their workers mean nothing to them. I just hope Frito Layer (PepsiCo) will act on the things I have to tell them.
