To the potential buyer: if those windows are vinyl, you’ll replace them within 10 years. Coastal impact windows are required on NC islands…. $5k at least per window for non plastic…. Island living ain’t cheep

I advise everyone to be careful when dealing with Brian Inskip. he called me to do some work on a property he has listed, and now he is refusing to pay me. Get everything in writing and get paid upfront, or you might not get paid.

Would love to see this breakdown using an all cash purchase vs. financing.

Oak Island ruined by money hungry, authoritarian local town government. Over building homes on and just off the island with inadequate roads and highways to support the huge upturn in population. Seems the town is only interested in just increasing tax base to build more government so they can build more government. Selling our home, moving to North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains . Oak Island was once a hidden gem, not anymore, its ruined !

I was riding my swagtron hoverboard today at 74th street access. Got stopped by beach patrol. He said it's illegal to ride it here and i would have to carry it back. I haven't found one law that states you can't ride them on the beach.
