Earth rendering and bottle wall workshop at Earthship Wellgrounded Marulan NSW

An update on our progress here at Earthship Well-grounded in Marulan, 2 hours south of Sydney.

The roof goes on at Earthship Well-Grounded in Marulan with instructions for installing the downlights in Solarspan panels.

What a way to finish my long service leave. Last day of 3 months leave, I put in the last few posts and beams then the certifier turns up to inspect my work and he gives it the thumbs up! YAY !!! Next job is putting on the roof.

I show you what not to do. Always brace your formwork, concrete is heavy.

This is better late than never, this was done back in November last year but I thought I'd lost the video files. Just found them, so thought I'd upload them. It shows the progress as we built the pizza oven which is now part of the outdoor kitchen that feed 30 people for a month in January. The oven works fantastically and makes the best pizza ever.

Rain has slowed us but not stopped us
