I don't know where to begin with your issues. Your customer service and tech support do not exist. You deliberately make your games so hard that players will either just give up and quit or spend cash. I started to play Township several years ago and it is steadily getting worse. Gone are the mini games that made it relatively easy to earn tcash. Why did you take away Steeple Chase, the bubblegum machine and other mini games that were popular? You now shove unpopular mini games down our throats like Matchy Patch, various renovations and makeovers, none of which are possible to complete. The mini games we are now stuck with have way more hard and super hard levels, oftentimes back to back! Oftentimes, hard levels are marked as easy. Your in game support form is a joke. If I need help, I want to chat with a live person, not some gdamned bot! You need to let your players have more than one mini game at a time. You need to double the number of available tasks. In my co-op, we're always competing with each other for regatta tasks! That is NOT fair! Fix this pos game or I will take this up with Google!
