Okay, that is a CURSED mod job! I was here in April 2022 when they were original, so they probably did this modernization job right after I visited this hotel...

1911 Otis Traction Elevators that were modernized in the 1960's by Otis, and again in 1998 by MCE (According to the Texas Elevator Records).

This elevator needs a white suspended celling with fluorescent lighting
