Unfortunately. we lost him in 1977. The picture shown in your profile was of the actor William Powell. This error was poor editing, or lack there of. In fact anyone that enjoyed the music of the O’Jay’s know the members. We know the artistry of this great trio! Sammy Strain was a great replacement. I am touched by this story because I lost my mother from the dreaded colon cancer too. More power to the remaining members of the group. 🙏🏽🫶🏾🦋
