Kisi bhi class mai different kind ke Student hote hai kuchh hote hai jo jaldi seekhta hai kuchh hote hai jo slow sikhte hai, batch mai ek avarage pace maintain karna hota hai, paisa to wo bhi de raha hai jo slow learner hai to usko extra time kyun na diya jai.. aur usko zyada time de to jo fast learner hai wo apna pace slowdown kyun karein? Jo bhi mujhe pay kar raha hai seekhne keliye mera responsibility hai ki uske growth pe dhyaan diya jaye. Aur wo batch mai nehi ho sakta. Isse agar 1banda bhi achha animator bane to it will be a success for me. Quality over quantity

make your demo reel and resume ready and send them to companies who are hiring.. if you are fit for the project you will get calls from the companies, you can get a job through referral as well, ask someone to refer you to their companies for fresher if the company is hiring fresher.

There is a good number of reputed channels that goes this in english, the thing is that there are not much channels in hindi. So those people who don't understand english where they should go? If you don't understand hindi and have any doubts you can always connect for discussion which is completely free will talk in english there. Plus you can go for training course as well if you are really willing to learn animation will do it in english. On youtube eveyone has a target audience and my target audience are indians. As majority of the indians understand hindi so i'm using hindi. Those people who don't understand you people have many options to go to english and if you are facing any doubts feel free to connect.

@@koushikchatterjee5777 I see where you are coming from, but your tutorials are really fantastic. There was this one video you made on simple jump animation that explained the concept from importing a reference to breaking down the reference to actual animation. That tutorial was incredible! I've never seen a tutorial that good anywhere and it was in english. I hope to see more content like that. If there are any discussions in English, I'd love to be part of them.
