How am I just seeing this and how does this not have a million views? I’ve been juggling for some time and no video has impressed me as much as this one. Every pattern looked insanely hard and even the ones I recognized like K-twist and Mill’s Mess were so fast and effortless. Incredible!

The absolute "best" performance I've EVER seen with larger rings (separated, not connected) was part of a 1991 PBS Great Performances program titled "Michael Moschen in Motion". Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a video of his TRULY AMAZING performance since then.
You are amazing at juggling, I'm still developing my skills, I can only do the cascade so far. Any tips?
