This is my favorite commercial from when Iw as a kid. I remember wishing I could listen to this. But I was like 12 and had no money haha. I had night terrors and this commercial was the best to wake up to at 12 am.
Not sure how true this is but I heard Rich Mullins wrote Awesome God as almost a spoof of modern faith songs and accidentally created a hugely popular song.
It's weird how people who dont believe in God and call this a cult comment on this video with no respect for what others belive in. Im like well why are they here then. I guess to troll or pass sone kind of judgement on believers in God.
Texas. Rock-A-Bye-Baby has epilepsy. I dreamed I was at Olympic Winter Games. I was Swedish. I lived with him in a suburb of Stockholm the capital city of Sweden. I lived with him when I was a little girl. I had to have this when I was a child because I got sick at school. I went to the nurses office. She called him while he was at home and he had to go pick me up. There was a stomach bug going on at school. When he got me home he laid me on the couch. His wife went to go pick up Alicia age:27 Claire age:25 & Dylan age:24 he stayed home & took care of me. When my 3 sisters Alicia, Claire, & Dylan came home from school. I gagged and puked in the toilet. He gave me medicine for the stomach bug. At supper time he fixed me chicken noodle soup and sprite. For the other 3 girls he fixed macorni & cheese. Sadly my stomach couldn’t handle anything Now I was very sick. I gagged and puked in the toilet again. I got in a hot bath. He was cleaning the house while I was in the tub. I was finally out of the tub. He got me in some winter pajamas because he was getting a little concerned because he got some medicine to bring it down and it was not working. He took me to the E.R. His wife stayed at home with the other 3 girls. When we got to the hospital the doctor gave him a puke bag for me to puke in. When they called us in the E.R. He asked the doctor to turn on the Olympic Winter Games. It was in Athens then. The next day the kids at school wondered where I was. Sköterska Stella said I have an important announcement there’s a stomach bug going on at school. You will have to come see me every week. I got sewing, just for fun, Christmas, cushions, jewelry, cupcake love, French bakery, 5 below cookbooks, 3 food safe tea sets. A princess one, a regular one, & a fairies one. The princess one was pink and had a crown on it. The regular one was white and had a heart on it. The fairies one was green and had a flower on it. I got a pink bunny, a yellow pig, a blue kitty, & a red bear. A fox in Mrs. McGawin thanks for sending that little girl for helping me feel better.
At my church during interludes the band will sometimes play instrumentals, and sometimes they pick one of these songs. I’m like “Hey, I know this song!”
All these music infomercials are truly the biggest reason i love all music. After hearing them over... And over... And over you def develop an appreciation. Monster ballads!? I don’t remember this one at all. I remember getting inundated with “Monsters of Rock” and “Monster Ballads” every commercial break, with an occasional “Pure Moods” thrown in for good measure in Toonami blocks, but never this one.
Back in the early 2000s era during the golden age of Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon (if I recall the channels correctly), and at least two other TV networks in which I barely remember... Yeah, to be honest, I just go to another channel for a bit until those ads finish and then I return to the original channels I was watching.
