Park push-ups after splashing in the creek!
Today most of the reps were done in the afternoon. Lilly any I got out to the park and walked almost a mile (that's a lot for her little legs) and then played down at the creek! Knocking out reps and a ride!

We worked hard today. Did about 125 of the reps at the office and then rode the bike for a training session for 37.2 miles. Then did a set at the park directly after the ride and finished them up at the house. Today was another day of mixed rep sets. The best part about todays video is Lilly going for a ride on my back for one of the sets! GJ! 😊 But, unless you have some major injury, that limits your range of motion, you need to let your chest touch the floor and then push up. Don't half rep it with sloppy form. Still, you are working out and for that I will give you credit. GL!

How's it been going? I stopped I did it daily for like 2 months and only was able to do like 10 more push ups by the time I stopped 😂
It's going good. There are days that are tougher and days that I have 0 motivation, but overall doing good. By the end of this months I'll have done over 11k push-ups

What were the results? Did your arms grow much or your chest? I have found my chest is doing more of the work now that I have my form fixed.
@joshuamiller6674 interesting, I wanted it all on my chest but it was mainly shoulders tbh and I did other workouts too but I went from 135 standing to 148 in like 6 weeks I am trash at constancy, I do awesome for 2 or the weeks then don't do shit for a month.. i stuggle to eat.. If you knew me 148 is the most I've ever weighed 😂 i think arms all the way out with heavy weight.. control the entire way down and up don't let the weights slam eachother, total control the whole time. I had total new muscles in my chest I lost em like a week or 2 ago now 😭 I did low rep(under ten) high weight, worked great only like 3 sets but you should be stuggling to do the last set i do like 8-5-3 cheat a little on the last rep do until you physicallycant do another 😂. I'm a lazy ass, I gotta get to it.. this conversation actually just got me back to it thanks.. back to like 140 right now gyms been shut down for like 2 months 😂 wish me luck

The reason of ur chest muscles if for horizontal abduction. So when doing any chest excercise in this case, pushups. Really think bringing your hands together or squeeze your elbows together.
Thank you so much for your feedback and for checking us out. I agree with your assessment and have been altering my hand positions to account for this. With me doing these push-ups every day, my muscles do not have time to rest and recover, so I'm attempting to mix up the hand positions to allow for different muscle use. If you go check out the day 100 video, I did 100 close handed push-ups in honor of the first triple digits days. So the last few days, I've been trying to avoid the closer hand positions. If you check out today's video, when I post it later, you'll see I'm back to normal push-ups. Thanks again for watching and helping keep me accountable!

Make sure your pushups dont look like T and instead looks like an arrow. Those wide pushhup forms are gonna give u serious injury in the shoulders and back.

Well done, sir! 73 push-ups in a day is no joke. I went to be a camp counselor this summer where we had a challenge to do 3,000 pushups in 10 days in addition to memorizing 12 Bible verses. It was rough but after plenty of training before camp and during, I made it happen! This isn’t to brag but to say what you’re doing is difficult but most definitely possible. At the rate you’re going, you’ll blow past your goal in no-time. Your form looks great and you’re doing a phenomenal job. Excited to watch your progress!
