It's not the air fryer, it's the oil. Using old oil or using oil with a smoke point below 400 degrees creates toxic VOC's... the same VOC's as cooking over the stove. Don't use olive oil. Avocado oil can withstand 500 degrees. You're welcome.

I think it's quite obvious what Cole meant. He said "save your apetito" ina fun a way, then immediately after the "confusing" bit asked, surprised, "you ONLY had a banana today???" It is quite obvious he was referring to plans of a large dinner, not that she was going to get fat. If he thought she would get fat from 2 cuties, he wouldn't have said "only" when asking about the banana but rather "already." The fact anyone ever doubted Cole and his integrity just shows how manipulative Zay(or whatever her name is) was and the power she has in a he-said/she-said. It's amazing to me that even after the footage in question was aired, that ANYONE still took her side. That's how manipulative she is. She is an utter psychopath.

This seems to be the exact same issue we saw with love at first sight with that mastermind therapist pink lady leader who completely manipulated all the women against the men, destroyed marriages and gaslit her hubby from putting words into his mouth to getting him to lie for her and then throwing him under the bus as abusive and that he was making all these comments about her weight he never had a problem with. She did admit she had body issues and struggled with anorexia or bulemia. The scary thing is she was in grad school to be a therapist and you could see her using her skills to master manipulate and control the other couples, the audience and the producers but the truth did come out.
