sheikh assimalhakeem says making dua after every prayer is a bidah but everything else seems good also you can make dua just before ending your prayer, but they have to be prescribed ones, they can’t be in your language and something you just make up. this however is not the case for dua’s made in sujood
Everything's correct expect the tashahhud one, before the salam you can make any dua in any language after reciting the prescribed ones. It was also narrated that after reciting the prayers seeking refuge, a person may recite any good du’a he wishes, and may ask Allah for anything he wishes of the good things of this world and the next. Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “When any one of you recites the Tashahhud , let him seek refuge with Allah from four things - from the punishment of Hell, the punishment of the grave, the trials of life and death, and the evils of the Dajjal, then let him pray for himself for whatever he wants.” (Narrated by al-Nasai, 1293).
As much as I understand it might be fine to make dua after every salah but not with the intention that this is a sunnah or it is better or anything it's just that you like or can make dua after praying salah, correct me if I am wrong.
@@SHABSHABEEL it's only bidah when you prescribe dua specifically only after salah and also like you said thinking that it's sunnah or highly recommended doing dua after salah
@@sythe3780 they should really say this because it's either people will make it a bidah or just won't make dua after salah, they should know that it's not bidah if you just prayed and want to make some dua
